Return Policy

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We will send our product in a Threadclothes bag; check before receiving that you receive the product in a threadclothe’s bag. If you receive a product with an unsealed package, do not receive it.

The return policy for items purchased on is 7 Days from the Date of Order Delivery. Any orders intended for returns must be placed within 7 days of the receipt of products. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, NO RETURN AND NO REFUND is possible.

Feel free to try on a product, but all we ask is that it remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. If a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

Applicable refund for exchange will be triggered post successful pick of the original item from you.

Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products are eligible for exchange, with all labels and tags wholly intact and in original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned, as below.

  1. Purchased made by partially/fully redeeming Gift/Coupon Cards

  2. Products purchased on Sale

  3. Products labeled under 'deal of the day' are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Customers will initiate items requiring a return on the website/mobile application by navigating to the order section. holds all the rights to analyze and decide whether it was a genuine defect case before accepting the refund/exchange request for returns due to manufacturing defects.

Threadclothes shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased on Threadclothes if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Threadclothes’s sole discretion.

Threadclothes will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Threadclothes would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure you have the original item available at the same address selected for delivery of the exchange item. Customers must pay 70rs for a return and 120 rs charge for exchanging the product.

We recommend making a video while opening the parcel you have received to avoid any conflicts while applying for returns.

Once the Threadclothes team acknowledges Return/ Exchange request during the next working day, you must pay a return and exchange charge. Consider 24 hours for accepting your exchange or return request, and Sunday may take some extra time.

Please do not forget to make a video while packing your returned items & take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Threadclothes will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

If the item you returned is used or damaged, or the original tags are missing. If the return request is declined, the User shall not be eligible for a refund, and Threadclothes assumes no liability. For more details, please call our customer care.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in supporting our clients as much as possible & have a lenient cancellation policy; consequently, under this, cancellations will be processed only if the request is submitted before shipping the goods.

You may track your order here to check its status.

  • However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the products are on sale.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale events / festive offers.

Important note: When customers purchase more than one product and want to CANCEL any one product, they will have to cancel the entire order. Meaning, would need all products bundled together as a part of our shipping commitment.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your product is approved, your refund will be processed. A refund amount credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Note: If the purchase is made with Cash on Delivery (COD) mode;

Provide bank details or UPI on website/application during the time of ‘Return.’

You cannot change bank details and UPI thereafter.

For Bank Refund - We refund the amount after deducting Rs. 70/- (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account.
