Threadclothes ship apparels at free or no shipping/delivery charges under normal/Standard Shipping. In case of Express Shipping (Orders are delivered in half the time compared to Standard Shipping), extra charges will be applied.
Threadclothes gives you an option to return item(s) purchased for any reason within a period of 7 days from the date of order delivery. We only accept order returns of products that are not used and preserved in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Threadclothes initiates the refund after the successful quality-check of the returned product. The amount (after deduction of shipping charges) is refunded in the same source used for payment. In case of COD, the users will be asked for their bank details and amount (after deduction of shipping charges) will be refunded in their bank account.
The orders are normally delivered within 10-12 business days (Standard Shipping) from the date of order placed to all current serviceable locations. In case of Express Shipping, the order will be delivered in half the time compared to Standard Shipping.
